As a customer of Courtney-Thorne you can be assured of a high level of after-sales support and service. At our Service Centre our team are happy to assist with any queries, and our experienced engineers will ensure your repairs are dealt with promptly.

Manufacture's Guarantee
All products manufactured by Courtney-Thorne are covered under warranty for at least twelve months from date of installation, this includes;

  • 24 hour technical support helpline, 365 days a year
  • Repair of call units and pagers* at our Service Centre (including return postage)
  • Emergency call outs available 365 days a year  

Annual Service Contracts
For continued peace of mind after your warranty has expired, we offer Gold and Silver service packages.

The Gold package

This is our most popular and comprehensive package, which includes; 

  • A full service visit to your home by our fully trained engineers, giving a thorough test and inspection of your Nurse Call System and providing you with a certificate of inspection (recommended by most legislative bodies)
  • Onsite repair or replace any damaged Courtney-Thorne equipment
  • Free staff training session on the use of your Nurse Call System
  • Free £100 upgrade of call logging software (where applicable)
  • Free replacement of unit batteries where voltage is low
  • A priority turn-around service on all repairs returned to our factory, with free return postage
  • The popular pager exchange scheme at just £85 per pager in exchange for your broken one
  • 24 hour technical support helpline direct to our engineers, all year round.

The Silver package

Our Silver package extends your manufacturer's guarantee

  • Continued return to factory repair service which includes free return postage
  • The popular pager exchange scheme (as above)
  • 24 hour technical support helpline direct to our engineers, all year round.

Alternatively we offer a one-off service visit
As detailed in the Gold package, these visits are available for all customers if required.

Exchange Schemes for room units, pendants and pagers:
These schemes are available to all customers and provides a new or refurbished unit/pendant/pager regardless of condition at a special low price. Once your unit has been received at our service centre, the replacement is dispatched without delay.
