Call Units

Room Unit with Pear Push Lead/Pullcord
The resident makes a call by pressing the pear push lead button or using the pullcord. Optionally the call, assistance or emergency buttons can be pressed to make the call. The unit makes an audible beep, and sends the call to the display panel. Calls can only be reset from point of call.

Features include:

  • A wall mounted bracket allowing the unit to be moved
  • A wipe clean label helps to prevent liquid penetration
  • Repeated transmissions to ensure all calls are received
  • Unanswered calls step up to assistance and finally emergency levels
  • An audible tone and LED confirms the call has been made

Double socket room units are fitted with an extra jack plug for connecting a second pear push lead or other trigger devices. Suitable for rooms with adjacent beds.

Pendant
A small lightweight neck pendant with wipe clean label, clearly visible call button and a reassurance light and reset. The pendant is fitted with a lanyard with built in strain relief.

Door Bell Unit
A unit connected to the front door and display panel alerting staff to visitors.

Door Contact Unit
The door contact is key-operated; when staff go through the doors they can simply deactivate the door alarm for a few seconds by turning the key.
